Our inviting lounge features a 22-foot high Ohio River Rock
fireplace, 19th-century style Queen Anne decor, Thomas Kinkade
art, and plush, luxuriously overstuffed chairs. Settle-in and relax in
front of a blazing fire, browse our original, historic documents on
display which feature Abraham Lincoln and former Cedarville resident
Whitelaw Reid (Civil War journalist, editor of the N.Y. Tribune, U.S.
Ambassador to England and France, and vice-presidential candidate with
Benjamin Harrison in 1892).
Enjoy one of our table games or just pick up a newspaper or
magazine in front of a crackling fire. |
| Our second floor overlooks the fireplace lounge and
houses displays of the Civil War, Greene county, and Cedarville.
Currently our displays feature memorabilia from Johnny "Shiloh"
Clem, U.S. Grant, the Ohio G.A.R. of 1908, and an assortment of relics
from Chicamauga and Shiloh. |
