All King and Double Queen rooms are equipped with individually controllable air conditioning units, cable TV, data-port telephone, desk lamp with convenience outlet, Sunbeam hair dryer with night light, Sunbeam iron and ironing board, Melitta coffee maker and gourmet coffee, mini-refrigerator, and ceiling fan. Our bathrooms also feature a carefully-placed grab bar next to the tub/shower for your additional safety. All guests enjoy our exclusive Supreme Breakfast which is included at no additional cost. |
Jacuzzi
Suites:
Deluxe Jacuzzi King Suites feature the same fine amenities as our King and Double Queen Rooms, with the addition of a separate living room area equipped with its own television and VCR, full-sized sleeper sofa, kitchenette with microwave, sink, and mid-sized compact refrigerator. A spacious vanity/closet area also provides generous counterspace. |

Payment:
A major credit card is required to hold all reservations. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Full payment by check may be made in advance in lieu of using a credit card, however a valid credit card number will needed to be on file prior to your check-in. Cash is accepted only in combination with a valid credit card on file. |
Minimum
Stay Periods:
A minimum stay may be required for certain area event periods. Please call to verify the room rate and number of days which may be required minimum stay in effect during your stay. Due to our limited space, there may also be restrictions on the number of rooms which may be requested under a single reservation. |
| Cancellation
Policy:
Generally: By 4 p.m. the day prior to your scheduled stay. Special Event Periods (we'll let you know at time of booking!) Three to seven days is required for area event period reservations. Any cancelled reservation after this time will be charged in full for all reserved days. We will, however, issue a pro-rated refund if your room is re-sold for all or any portion of your period up to 24 hours prior to the designated day of stay. |

You may secure your bike on our porch or, if space permits, take it into your first-floor room.. |
| Smoking Rooms:
Smoking rooms are not available. We are a completely non-smoking property. A surcharge of $250 will be imposed for any evidence of smoking anywhere in a guest room (or within the building) in order to offset the cost of refreshing the carpet, walls, and linens. This surcharge is applicable regardless of the circumstances or source of the smoke damage, including non-paying guests of our hotel guest(s). We reserve the right to immediately terminate the occupancy, without refund or management liability, of any guest giving evidence of smoking within the premises. |
