Brandeberry Winery

Top off your stay at Hearthstone Inn & Suites with a relaxing, memorable visit to Brandeberry Winery. The winery is located on 10 acres of hilly glacial moraine, close to John Bryan State Park, Clifton Gorge, and Glen Helen Nature Preserve just outside of Yellow Springs, OH. It's about a 15–20-minute drive from Hearthstone Inn & Suites.

Brandeberry is a small, marvelous vineyard currently growing Vidal, Cayuga, and Seyval grapes. The current wine varieties include Chardonnay, Merlot, Syrah, Vidal, Cayuga, Seyval, Cherry, and Blackberry. All wines are handmade in small batches.

Special events are held regularly, combining an evening of relaxation with live music. Wine & Cheese Tastings are fabulous, and the owner is delightful and engaging, supremely passionate about her love of the vineyard and the quality of the vineyard's award-winning wines.

Caesar Creek Vineyards

The core goal at Caesar Creek Vineyards is to produce excellent wines from Ohio grapes which customers find pleasing and enjoyable. They pride themselves on making “estate wines.” This means that the wines are made on-site from grapes grown in their vineyard, fermented, bottled, labeled, and aged in their winery, and sold in their tasting room.

This is unusual for an Ohio winery, but it is their objective to be true to the finest winery traditions of France and California, where the winemaker knows and loves the land and vines, and makes the best possible wines from them. Just twenty-five (25) minutes from your guest room.
